Breakfast: Turkey Bacon & Sweet Potato Casserole

  • Turkey Bacon
  • Dozen Eggs (@Vital Farms is my fave)
  • Bag of Spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • Jar of Sundried Tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Jar Coconut Milk

Lunch:

Lettuce Wraps:

  • Chicken Salad
  • Chicken Pesto

Groceries:

  • Chicken Breast
  • Almonds/Walnuts
  • Grapes
  • Apple
  • Lettuce Wraps
  • Celery Stalk
  • Fresh Dill or Basil or rosemary or thyme or cilantro
  • Tahini or primal kitchen mayo w/ avocado oil
  • 1 Lemon (for juice)

Dinner:

  • Turkey Burgers w/ Sweet Potato Fries & Avocado
  • Chicken & Sweet Potato Kabobs

Groceries:

  • Ground turkey
  • Chicken Breast
  • 2-3 Sweet Potatoes (M/L)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2-3 Avocados
  • Cauliflower Head

Additional Miscellaneous:

  • 3 Stalks Celery for Juicing
  • 5 Lemons for Morning/Night Lemon Water
  • 4 Cucumbers for Juicing
  • Any spices/oils you need refilled in your pantry
