These triple layer chocolate peanut butter bars are no bake, packed with all the flavors, & taste amazing! These bars are made with just 7 simple ingredients and are, gluten free, refined sugar free, & dairy-free. These triple layer bars are the perfect healthy treat to satisfy your sweet tooth or to take as a quick snack on the go!

Granola Layer
- 1 Bag of Purely Elizabeth Original Granola
- 1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
Peanut Butter Layer
- 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
Dark Chocolate Layer
- 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbs Creamy Peanut Butter
Instructions
Granola Layer
- In high speed blender (I used Vitamix), blend 1 bag of Purely Elizabeth Original Granola with 1/4 cup melted coconut oil until creamy.
- Pour mix into parchment lined baking pan (make sure mix spread evenly).
- Pop the pan into the freezer to harden.
Peanut Butter Layer 🥜
- Mix 3/4 cup creamy Peanut Butter + 1/4 cup melted maple syrup + 1/3 cup coconut flour in mixing bowl until fully mixed.
- Pour peanut butter mix over the granola layer.
- Spread evenly on top using spatula or spoon.
- Pop the pan back into freezer to harden.
Dark Chocolate Layer 🍫
- Microwave 1 cup dark chocolate with 2 tbsp coconut oil & 1 tbsp creamy PB for ~1 minute.
- Stir until fully melted. (Add back into microwave if not fully melting)
- Pour melted chocolate over peanut butter layer.
- Pop the pan back into freezer to harden.
Final Steps
- Once the chocolate is hardened, sprinkle pink salt on top.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the triple layer bars into bite sized squares.
