These triple layer chocolate peanut butter bars are no bake, packed with all the flavors, & taste amazing! These bars are made with just 7 simple ingredients and are, gluten free, refined sugar free, & dairy-free. These triple layer bars are the perfect healthy treat to satisfy your sweet tooth or to take as a quick snack on the go!

Ingredients you need to make these Triple Layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Purely Elizabeth GranolaI used the original flavor which is gluten free, naturally sweetened, & made with organic quinoa, amaranth, & chia seeds!

Coconut OilMade by pressing fresh or dried coconut meat. It is an antioxidant loaded, healthier cooking oil that is anti-inflammatory and full of MCT’s which may support fat burning.

Creamy Peanut ButterMake sure to go only with one ingredient brands to keep out the junky ingredients like extra sugar/oils. Check out the link for one of my favorite brands!

Maple Syrup

Coconut FlourThis is an amazing gluten free flour substitute made from coconut flesh, dried, and ground into a flour like consistency.

Dark Chocolate ChipsI always look for chips with low sugar and simple ingredients! Enjoy Life is one of my favorite brands to use for healthy treats.

Tools you need to make these Triple Layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

This recipe has only a few simple steps, but you will need either a high power blender or food processor to whip these up. The following tools are what you will need:

Triple Layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

These triple layer chocolate peanut butter bars are no bake, packed with all the flavors, & taste amazing! These bars are made with just 7 simple ingredients and are, gluten free, refined sugar free, & dairy-free. These triple layer bars are the perfect healthy treat to satisfy your sweet tooth or to take as a quick snack on the go!


Ingredients

Scale

Granola Layer

  • 1 Bag of Purely Elizabeth Original Granola
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil

Peanut Butter Layer

Dark Chocolate Layer


Instructions

Granola Layer

  1. In high speed blender (I used Vitamix), blend 1 bag of Purely Elizabeth Original Granola with 1/4 cup melted coconut oil until creamy. 
  2. Pour mix into parchment lined baking pan (make sure mix spread evenly).
  3. Pop the pan into the freezer to harden. 

Peanut Butter Layer 🥜

  1. Mix 3/4 cup creamy Peanut Butter + 1/4 cup melted maple syrup + 1/3 cup coconut flour in mixing bowl until fully mixed.
  2. Pour peanut butter mix over the granola layer. 
  3. Spread evenly on top using spatula or spoon.
  4. Pop the pan back into freezer to harden. 

Dark Chocolate Layer 🍫

  1. Microwave 1 cup dark chocolate with 2 tbsp coconut oil & 1 tbsp creamy PB for ~1 minute.
  2. Stir until fully melted. (Add back into microwave if not fully melting)
  3. Pour melted chocolate over peanut butter layer. 
  4. Pop the pan back into freezer to harden. 

Final Steps

  1. Once the chocolate is hardened, sprinkle pink salt on top.
  2. Use a sharp knife to slice the triple layer bars into bite sized squares.
  3. ENJOY!
