loving this easy healthy treat for mornings. i love whipping up a batch of this for the week to have a slice during busy mornings.
Ingredients

- 2 spotty bananas
- 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- dash vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts ((optional))
- 1 scoop collagen powder ((optional))
Notes
mix wet and dry ingredients separately. (mash banana before mixing other ingredients) mix all together and pour into lined loaf pan with parchment paper.
optional: add dark choc chips & crushed walnuts on top. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes. cool & enjoy!
