If you’re looking for a last minute super bowl app…look no further! This healthy 7 layer dip is NO BAKE and so easy to make with delicious ingredients you may already have on hand! I don’t say this often, but this may be one of my favorite recipes I have made to date. You MUST try! This healthy 7 layer dip uses Wholly Guacamole CHUNKY GUACAMOLE {America’s #1 selling refrigerated guac made with hand-scooped Hass avocados, and real ingredients and absolutely no added preservatives}.
I’m all about saving time in the kitchen & using Wholly Guacamole prepared guac is a game changer for speeding up the prep time (especially when rushing around on game day)! Even better, this great tasting guac is a FOOLPROOF way to prevent avo-related knife injuries to your hands when trying to slice up your avocados. Also, spare yourself the risk of opening a browning avocado when you’re in a crunch to get your app ready for the festivities! There really is nothing worse than opening a brown avocado, or on the flip side, not having your avocados ripe enough.
You have until 2/7 to stock up on Wholly Guacamole to enter the contest the brand is hosting on this game day for a chance to win a year’s worth of “Avocado Hand Insurance” aka a FREE YEAR OF WHOLLY GUAC 🥑🥑🥑 Literally my dream! Additionally, one lucky grand prize winner will be awarded $4,000 to use for a luxurious, VIP pampering session typically reserved for hand models, or whatever they choose, as well as a chance to become the next Wholly Guacamole hand model. All you have to do is upload a video on Instagram stories of your best avo dip tagging @eatwholly and use the hashtag #AvocadoHandInsurance for a chance to win!

- 2 family sized containers of @eatwholly chunky guacamole
- 1 container of pico de gallo
- 1 can of Chickpeas
- Handful of cilantro
- 20 olives
- 1 jalapeno (optional)
- Pepper flakes (optional)
- Taco seasoning
Tools You Need
- Casserole Dish
- Mixing Bowls
- Vitamix or High Power Blender

How to Make 7 Layer Dip
Black Bean Hummus Layer: In Vitamix blend your refried beans, black beans, and chickpeas together until fully blended and creamy. Season with garlic powder, pink salt, and paprika. Add cayenne for some extra spice (optional). Spread evenly onto casserole pan for a ¼ inch layer (you should have leftover black bean hummus)
“Sour Cream” Layer: mix greek yogurt and taco seasoning to taste. Spread evenly on top of bean layer.
GUAC Layer: spread @eatwholly chunky guacamole evenly on top of the yogurt
Pico De Gallo Layer: Spread pico evenly on top of guac and try to avoid adding too much of the liquid that often comes in a pico container.
Final Toppings: Chop your cilantro and sprinkle evenly on top of pico. Slice 15-20 olives and sprinkle on top and lastly chop 1-2 jalapeño and spread evenly on top.
What Makes this Dip Healthy?
- 100% Hand Scooped Avocado’s: Using Wholly Guacamole’s Chunky Guacamole is a time saving way to have high quality guac with 0 preservatives added.
- Greek Yogurt instead of Sour Cream: Sour cream is a common ingredient in Mexican recipes and greek yogurt is my absolute favorite alternative to get the same flavor! I use a high protein, low sugar yogurt that tastes amazing and packs the protein in.
- Vegetarian Refried Beans: These are a healthier alternative to some refried beans that are cooked in pig lard! I always opt for the vegetarian option.
