Ingredients you need to make these healthy copycat Heavenly Hunks

Gluten Free OatsIf not gluten free, you can use regular rolled oats. Also, if you do not have gluten free oat flour, you can blend in a high speed blender to have oat flour on hand very quickly! I do this myself instead of buying separate.

Almond FlourThis is a healthier flour substitute to typical wheat or all purpose flour. It is lower in sugar and full of nutrients (especially Vitamin E and magnesium) and made from ground almonds.

Coconut FlakesA one ingredient natural sweetener to add some coconut flavor and texture to your bars

Coconut SugarThis is a natural sweetener made from dehydrated sap of coconut palms. This sweetener retains nutrients (including iron, zinc, calcium and potassium) unlike highly processed sweeteners such as high fructose corn syrup. It is best to still consume in moderation but this is a great healthier alternative to add some sweetness to your baked goods.

Coconut OilMade by pressing fresh or dried coconut meat. It is an antioxidant loaded, healthier cooking oil that is anti-inflammatory and full of MCT’s which may support fat burning.

Honey This is an excellent natural sweetener loaded with antioxidants and propolis. If vegan, you can try substituting maple syrup however, I would recommend lowering the quantity just a bit or it may become too sweet for your liking.

Cashew ButterMake sure to go only with one ingredient brands to keep out the junky ingredients like extra sugar/oils. Check out the link for one of my favorite brands!

Dark Chocolate ChipsI love adding these in for some extra crunch in the consistency and Enjoy Life is one of my favorite brands to use for healthy treats
