3-Ingredient Healthy Raspberry Chia Jam – Sugar-Free

Had to share this 3-INGREDIENT healthy Raspberry Chia Jam with you all. If you’re anything like me then you loved a good ‘ol fashioned PB&J for lunch growing up. Let me tell ya that was my staple for years growing up. Decided to take matters into my own hands and whip up a healthier version of a childhood classic.

You need: 

Raspberries

Chia Seeds (I use Salbachia)

Coconut Oil

Directions:

Heat raspberries on medium heat skillet in coconut oil until fully mashed. Mix in white Salbachia seeds and mix until jam thickens. Store in mason jar and refrigerate overnight. Slather on whole grain bagel with nut butter and enjoy!!

You will LOVE this easy to whip up Raspberry Chia Jam. I love to slather on whole grain bagel with nut butter for a healthier version of a childhood classic. 

  • 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries ((option to use frozen))
  • 1/8 Cup White Chia Seeds ((i use Salbachia))
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  1. Heat raspberries on skillet coated with coconut oil until fully mashed. Mix in chia seeds until thickened. Refrigerate in mason jar overnight.
